Marcial Marín

Marcial Marín F. is a doctoral student at the HCIAS supervised by HCIAS Junior Professor Dr. Yaatsil Guevara González. His doctoral project focuses on the intersections of multiculturalism, decentralization, and citizen participation in modern systems. He is particularly interested in exploring the impact of decentralization on the governance process.

Marcial holds a Master's in Public Policy and Social Change and a degree in Social Anthropology. He has gained significant experience working with public sector organizations in Chile, consulting on socio-environmental evaluations, community relations, and project development. His academic and professional background reflects his deep passion for cultural diversity, innovation, and the evolving dynamics of contemporary societies.
